What do you need to do for easier registration of a service product?

If the product to be filled in has a warranty card issued, please add it to the shipment along with the product when sending it by courier. For this purpose, before sending a commodity, consult the site team by phone or best through the contact form here: Contacts
Preparing for product return
Make sure all possible changed settings, passwords, and more. (if any) are restored to those by default. Otherwise, this could prevent the service technician in diagnostics, repair and product functionality test.
Make sure you have applied all the product accompanying accessories (if any) as they will be needed to diagnose, repair and test the correct functionality of the article.
If during diagnostics it is found that the product is not subject to repair, Eurogroup-33 Ltd will contact the client to specify the next steps. The item is replaced by another as standard (the same as the damaged or analogue) or the refund is being issued.
