You can return a commissioned product within 14 days of receipt. Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted. The product must be returned to the original packaging in which it was delivered together with the documents received in the original consignment. If you want to return more pieces from the same item, it is enough to fill only one return form. If you would like to return more different products, fill out a form for each product individually.
